Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Leader to drive the growth of our Oracle portfolio within the Technology industries. This role involves leading strategic initiatives for Oracle Cloud and EBS, driving advisory and transformation programs, and managing complex end-to-end engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, a strong track record in sales and presales, and proven experience delivering large transformation programs. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline through proactive networking, market research, account mining, and deal conversion. Achieve at least
30% YoY growth
in opportunity pipeline and
20% YoY revenue growth
through new opportunities and key account expansion. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, RFx responses, and customer presentations. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to ensure successful deal closure and delivery alignment. Provide advisory support and lead solution design for Oracle Cloud/EBS implementations and transformation programs. Conduct CRP sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Assemble and lead the right team to deliver projects on time and with quality. Develop and articulate strategic ideas and points of view for clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications
10+ years of experience
in Oracle technologies (implementation and presales). Strong expertise in
sales/presales, business development, and delivery
of Oracle Cloud implementation and support services. Hands-on experience with
at least three large Oracle Cloud transformation projects . Strong understanding of Oracle products, including
SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and GBU offerings . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong presentation and articulation abilities. Familiarity with Oracle ERP market trends, competitive landscape, and niche players. Knowledge of Oracle’s sales organization and key contacts is a plus. Proven ability to generate leads and connections through events like
Oracle Cloud World, OAUG , and other networking platforms. Strong experience in
Oracle SaaS Supply Chain Management . Preferred Skills
Experience with other ERP platforms such as
SAP . Knowledge of
Agentic AI
and experience implementing or advising on AI-driven solutions. Seniority level
