$130k–$150k base + generous bonus and benefits Summary: A premier private equity firm based in the Presidio is seeking an exceptionally polished and driven Executive Assistant to support its dynamic Founder. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support Serve as the right hand to the Founder, managing priorities with speed, accuracy, and grace Own a complex and ever-shifting calendar with precision Coordinate seamless travel, meeting prep, and briefing materials Track priorities, follow-ups, and special projects across the business and personal landscape Act as a proxy and liaison—anticipating needs and communicating with stakeholders at all levels Partner with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives and execution Lifestyle & Personal Support Handle personal logistics and confidential requests with utmost discretion Manage household vendors, property coordination, and on-site event support Assist with hospitality needs including entertainment, catering, and guest experiences Uphold a high level of responsiveness, judgment, and adaptability in real time Qualifications

4+ years of EA/PA experience supporting senior executives, ideally within private equity, investment firms, luxury hospitality, or fast-paced corporate environments Prior experience in customer service or hospitality strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-first mindset High emotional intelligence and a calm, solutions-oriented approach Tech-savvy and quick to learn; fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office This is a rare opportunity to join an elite firm in a trusted, high-impact role.
