Direct the human resources function across locations, ensuring efficient and compliant people operations that support the organization’s goals in the restaurant, food & beverage, and hospitality sectors. Qualifications for Success
6-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior HR role. 2-3+ years of recent experience within the Restaurants, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry is required. Strong expertise in multi-state labor law compliance is essential. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
