A top global EPC and professional services leader is seeking a
Program Director
to oversee a portfolio of high-impact electrical transmission and distribution (T&D) programs. These multi-million dollar efforts—often exceeding $100M—support some of the nation’s largest utility providers and play a pivotal role in modernizing the U.S. power grid. This role reports directly to a Regional Director and combines technical expertise, business leadership, and client strategy in one of the industry’s most critical growth areas. Why This Role?

Lead and deliver a portfolio of high-value T&D and substation EPC projects, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and safety excellence. Oversee 2–3 project managers in a high-growth, fast-paced regional environment; provide mentorship and career development. Act as a cultural and commercial leader—building trust with clients and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Develop and execute business strategies including client engagement, proposals, and contract negotiations. Manage risk profiles, safety leadership, and compliance across projects. Collaborate with adjacent business lines such as Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and private network solutions. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Ability to meet pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR search). Preferred Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience , including: 5+ years as a
Senior Project Manager
leading EPC T&D/Substation programs. 5+ years in a leadership role directly managing EPC execution. Proven ability to negotiate
$50M+ contracts
with utility clients. Hands-on experience managing construction teams (direct-hire and subcontract environments). Deep knowledge of the U.S. utility-scale T&D and substation market. Prior experience working with major utility clients in the Gulf South region highly desirable. Seniority level
