Overview
The Marketing Account Manager will oversee multiple brands and client accounts with precision and strategic oversight. This is a hands-on, high-execution role where attention to detail and the ability to juggle complex projects is critical. You’ll be the driving force behind full-scope marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, with a focus on experiential and event marketing. If you're a seasoned professional with agency experience and a deep understanding of high-level brand marketing, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for a variety of high-profile clients and brands. Own and nurture client/partner relationships: understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and deliver results. Oversee the execution of experiential marketing programs and events, ensuring flawless logistics, creative execution, and timely delivery. Collaborate with other vertical marketing teams including social, creative, and ticketing to build integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue. Lead cross-functional collaboration with production, programming, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment on strategy, deliverables, and timelines, driving cohesive and impactful marketing plans that enhance overall brand execution. Develop data-driven marketing plans that align with goals, ensuring strategies are grounded in clear objectives and measurable KPIs. Track campaign performance and ensure that revenue targets are met while maintaining budget discipline. Manage the end-to-end budget process: ensuring spending aligns with the plan, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial goals. Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams to drive growth and solve challenges. Ensure quality control with an obsessive attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Be a trusted advisor to clients/partners, offering fresh insights and solutions to enhance brand presence. What You Need
5+ years in a fast-paced agency environment, specifically in experiential and event marketing. A strong understanding of full-scope brand marketing, with proven success in managing integrated campaigns. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects and clients without compromising on quality. Extreme attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team while fostering collaboration and mentorship. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex logistics for large-scale projects. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with luxury brands or in the food & beverage, wine, or spirits industries. Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Teams). Digital marketing knowledge to complement experiential campaigns. About the a21 Family
