This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop strategies tailored to client needs, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams, and providing performance reports. The role demands consistent communication with clients and team members to foster a seamless account management process. Qualifications
Account management, Client relationships, and Project management skills Strategic planning, Campaign development, and Market research experience Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and in a team, with hybrid flexibility Experience in creating and managing budgets and timelines Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Seniority level
