We provide high-quality shipping solutions, printing, mailbox rentals, and specialty services for both residential and business customers.Role Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations at our Radcliff location, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent customer service, and a profitable business environment. This position requires a balance of leadership, operational management, and hands-on service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control.Oversee shipping, receiving, printing, and retail processes to meet quality standards.Maintain compliance with carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, U-Haul) policies and procedures.Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue.Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.Prepare daily/weekly reports for ownership on store performance and staffing needs.Qualifications:Previous retail, shipping, or service-based store management experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, office software).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Flexible schedule availability, including Saturdays.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Performance incentives.Paid training.Opportunities for advancement.
