The Executive Assistant is responsible for administratively supporting the Chief Executive Officer of the company. This position is on-site, five days a week at the company headquarters in downtown Atlanta. Some tasks will be required outside of normal business hours. Some travel may also be required. Responsibilities
Calendar and scheduling management for company executives Responding to correspondence and requests on behalf of company executives Aiding executives in preparing for meetings and events Coordinating travel and reservations for executives Possess experience in prior executive assistance roles Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications Possess experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Be well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Why This Role is Different
