Jerry.ai is looking for a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) to help scale our core insurance business. In this high-visibility role, you report to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience and drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion). This role offers an opportunity to shape the strategy of a category-defining fintech company at scale. We are building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible through insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking, and more. Since 2019, we have launched multiple products, grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M in funding, scaled revenue 60x, and expanded to 225 team members across 6 countries. Responsibilities

Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance for the insurance marketplace. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to deliver a seamless user experience and drive key outcomes (loss ratio, retention, conversion). Define and implement operating models and processes to scale Jerry.ai’s insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and support growth toward a $10B business. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc). 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred). Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams. Who You Are
