What you’ll do Revenue Operations

Own Salesforce optimization for Sales function

Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, forecast, productivity, and ROI.

Manage forecasting process with the CRO, ensuring pipeline accuracy and accountability.

Oversee full-funnel attribution, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies to improve conversion and deal velocity.

Support sales planning, including territory design, account assignment, and quota setting.

Design and administer sales compensation plans that align with company goals.

Sales Enablement

Develop and execute onboarding programs to ramp new sales hires quickly.

Create and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides, and proposal templates.

Deliver ongoing training on sales skills, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure messaging, materials, and market feedback are aligned.

Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes and best practices across the team.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with CCO, Marketing, and Product to align GTM strategy.

Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

About you

6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement (B2B SaaS, digital health, or employee benefits preferred).

Deep knowledge of enterprise sales motions (employers, consultants, TPAs, or health plans a plus).

Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools (SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.).

Exceptional analytical skills; able to turn data into insights and strategy.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience training or presenting to executives.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
