Developing and maintaining quality systems. Summary of daily quality SPI (Key Performance Indicators). New Model documentation preparation (APQP and Inspection Standards), including Gage design and specifications. Active participation in Corrective & Preventive action implementation to prevent recurrence of internal/external & supplier defects along with IATF and Layered Process audits. Training of Quality Engineers & Inspection team. Skills and Experience Required
Verbal Communication Skills Written Communication Skills Ability to interpret GD&T product specific tolerances APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MQC Basic Inspection Tools Computer Skills Multitask different projects Familiarity with IATF requirements Ability to interpret quality manuals and confirm compliance Ability to lead the application of quality tools (SPC, 8D, 5 Why) Skills and Experience Preferred
IATF Previous Supervisory Skills Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Knowledge of Plex Seniorities
