About the Company One of our publicly traded clients in Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Analyst- Financial Reporting to join their team. This company has been rapidly growing over the last 10 years here in the valley and is an industry leader. About the Role As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in financial reporting and accounting across our global enterprise. Responsibilities Prepare initial drafts of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring precision and adherence to SEC and GAAP standards. Assist with SEC filings as needed. Safeguard the integrity of financial statements by reviewing them thoroughly and reconciling figures with source data and supporting schedules to ensure both consistency and accuracy. Research, draft, and benchmark necessary disclosures. Assist in crafting technical accounting memos on topics such as goodwill and intangible impairment testing, business combinations, revenue recognition, leases, contingencies, etc. Collaborate with auditors, division accounting teams and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and transparency. Support general corporate accounting and consolidations as needed. Aid in system implementation and continuous process improvements to bolster control, efficiency, and reporting accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in corporate or public accounting. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and filing requirements. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, critically think through problems, and manage multiple priorities. Continuous improvement and customer service focus. Capable in a fast-paced environment and ability to work flexible hours as required. Required Skills 2-5 years experience year of public accounting or private sector w/ SEC audit experience SEC 10K’s-10Q’s GAAP CPA preferred but can be working on it Seniority level
