JCW Search is partnering with a Credit Union who is looking to bring a new Compliance team member to lead their Regulatory Compliance function. This role will be involved continued growth of the firm's compliance program and will be reporting to the CRO. Role Responsibilities
Implementing new Compliance policies and procedures, fostering a strong compliance culture through the organization. Provide strategic oversight to the Credit Union's Compliance program. Direct and lead the Compliance Management System as well as other Compliance functions within the Credit Union. Supporting the Credit Union through regulatory compliance examinations. Role Requirements
Maintain current with Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations (TILA, FCRA, Reg E, UDAAP, etc.) 10+ years of experience within Banking/Credit Union Compliance JD/CRCM Preferred Seniority level
