Contract Duration : 3 months (contract-to-hire) Worksite Location : Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Compensation : $21.00-$32.00 per hour Schedule : Typically Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm (with occasional evening events) Responsibilities
What you will do as the Executive Assistant : Provide full executive support, including complex calendar management, domestic / international travel, and expense reporting Support oversight of shared services and the foundation team Serve as liaison with board members, donors, influencers, and celebrity advocates Coordinate logistics and attend events, dinners, and training sessions (including some international travel) Assist with evening events such as galas and board training Keep executives on track during meetings and deadlines—step in politely if schedules shift Take ownership of EA-level tasks and ensure smooth execution of responsibilities Collaborate with a team of 5+ EAs for scheduling, coverage, and best practices Prepare presentation decks, manage shared folders, and support build-out of presentations Qualifications
What you will bring to the Executive Assistant role : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives; not suitable for entry-level candidates Strong executive presence with the ability to interface confidently with VIPs, C-suite leaders, and external partners Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize independently Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage details without prompting High emotional intelligence, with the judgment to know when to step in, lead, or support Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple calendars and competing priorities Professional, mission-driven, and aligned with client's life-saving work Confident managing time and politely keeping executives on schedule Collaborative and supportive team player within an established EA network
