Company Brightline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Partnerships to lead the execution and operationalization of high-impact partnerships that enhance customer experience and drive ridership and revenue. As the Director of Partnerships, you will oversee all logistics and operations related to Brightlines strategic partners, including but not limited to: shuttle and last-mile transportation services, baggage handling programs, live event coordination, and experiential activations. Your Role [Essential Functions] Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of all logistics tied to partner integrations (shuttles, baggage programs, first-mile/last-mile connectivity, on-site activations, etc.). Serve as the operational point of contact between Brightline and external partners, ensuring service-level excellence and timely execution. Coordinate across internal departments (Transportation, Guest Experience, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure partnership deliverables are met. Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each partnership activation and logistical touchpoint. Monitor and optimize service performance metrics related to partnership operations.

Partnership Strategy & Account Management

Manage relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with Brightlines brand, business objectives, and guest experience goals. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships or introduce new operational enhancements. Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams, focusing on both commercial and operational terms.

Marketing & Activations

Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to develop and execute co-branded campaigns and on-site activations that enhance the guest journey. Ensure all partner touchpoints are brand-compliant and contribute to a best-in-class guest experience. Lead event-based activations tied to key partners, including pre-event planning, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting.

Performance & Reporting

Track KPIs across all partnership activations with a focus on ridership growth, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction. Deliver regular updates and post-mortem reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain an annual partnership operations calendar and budget.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 15+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, or experiential marketingideally within transportation, hospitality, entertainment, or large-scale event industries. Proven ability to lead logistics-heavy initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience negotiating and executing contracts.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Strong project management skills, including vendor management and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to think strategically and operationally, balancing vision with flawless execution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
