We are currently seeking a Maintenance Service Technician & Laborers to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance such as but not limited to: Sheet rock repairs, painting, basic carpentry, basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical,
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Ability to work overtime
Landscaping experience is a plus
Team player & able to work side by side with others and customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload & lift 60 plus pounds as needed
Deadline and detail-oriented
Valid drivers license is required
Must speak & understand English
Desire to further / expand knowledge in the maintenance field
Proven past work history
Looking for full time year round work with overtime
