Confido Builders is seeking an experienced Traveling Field Superintendent to lead and oversee day-to-day field operations for our residential and light commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who is highly knowledgeable in the trades, skilled in managing subcontractors and crews, and ready to 'throw the belt on' when needed. You'll ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. About the Company

Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities, including subcontractor scheduling and supervision. Hands-On Support: Perform trade work when necessary to maintain progress and quality. Project Execution: Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Quality Control: Inspect work for compliance and address deficiencies proactively. Scheduling & Coordination: Collaborate with project management to maintain schedules and proper trade sequencing. Resource Management: Optimize materials, equipment, and manpower for maximum productivity. Communication: Serve as the primary field contact between ownership, project management, and trade partners. Problem Solving: Resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays and cost overruns. Documentation: Maintain daily logs, field reports, and safety documentation. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel between job sites as needed. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in construction supervision (residential required; commercial preferred). Trade Knowledge: Expertise in major trades (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, finishes). Hands-On Ability: Willingness and capability to perform trade work. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively. Detail-Oriented: Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Safety Focus: Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel between job sites. Licenses/Certifications: CSL or equivalent preferred (not required). Benefits
