About the Role

We’re an early-stage healthtech start-up on a mission to transform patient-provider communication using AI. Backed by a strong pipeline of customers and a validated product roadmap, we’re looking for a

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

to help us scale from the ground up. As the fourth engineer on the team, you’ll play a key role in building our AI agent platform and communication systems, influencing product direction, architecture, and company culture. What You’ll Be Working On

Expand our voice and LLM stack to power fast, human-like AI conversations with patients. Develop new communication channels to give patients flexibility—whether by phone, SMS, or other novel methods. Build a modular agent platform that allows for rapid client onboarding and tailored experiences. Create integrations with major Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to streamline workflows. Participate in customer calls and deeply understand their operational challenges—then ship features that solve them. Define your own roadmap and priorities, working autonomously toward larger company goals. Our Stack

You’re ideal for this role if you: Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with limited structure. Have experience building 0→1 products and owning them end-to-end. Care deeply about user experience, down to the smallest UI and performance details. Are comfortable jumping on customer calls and adjusting priorities based on real-world feedback. Are resourceful and biased toward action—you test voice latency in a cafe, not just the console. Enjoy solving big problems like healthcare communication, and say "Challenge accepted" when it gets tough. This Role Isn’t For You If…

You’ve never taken end-to-end ownership of a project without step-by-step instructions. You require a rigid 3-year roadmap and feel uncomfortable adapting based on data and user feedback. You dislike ambiguity or prefer to stay removed from customer interactions. You’re more interested in managing people than building. You expect only exciting work—at this stage, we all rotate through mundane but critical tasks. Why Join?

Work on high-impact problems in a deeply underserved space. Join a small, driven, and humble team solving real-world issues with cutting-edge AI. Shape not just the product, but the culture, architecture, and future of the company.
