Director, Credit Risk Officer – Corporate and Structured Finance Office Status:
NYC – 3 days in office Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth credit risk assessments for new and existing exposures within Corporate and Structured Finance, with a focus on Infrastructure & Project Finance transactions. Analyze complex transactions, including non-recourse financings and projects with construction periods, across sectors such as renewable/thermal energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure. Prepare comprehensive credit risk opinions, financial analyses, and industry research to support recommendations for new transactions, annual/quarterly reviews, and amendments/waivers. Monitor portfolio performance, producing timely credit reviews, watchlist reports, and alerts on potential covenant breaches or deteriorating credit conditions. Maintain accurate internal and regulatory ratings, ensuring compliance with lending policies and risk management frameworks. Collaborate closely with Front Office Origination, Portfolio Management, Workout, and Risk Analytics teams to support deal structuring and credit approvals. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the development of enhanced risk assessment tools and reporting templates. Provide updates and analysis for senior management and credit committees, presenting key risk insights and recommendations.
