$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Location: Union City

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality for patient care products. This role requires a balance of technical skills and practical experience to support the manufacturing team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity. Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and modify detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Implement Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure product specifications are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. Conduct process engineering analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing and ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD design software. Familiarity with electromechanical systems and process engineering methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
