About Us: The Donovan’s Venom is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on curating universal accessibility to fine arts and music education for all. We are passionately dedicated to ensuring that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and fine art. We aim to inspire, empower, and uplift communities by fostering a love for music and the arts through our commitment to education, inclusivity, diversity, and social impact, which drives us to expand our reach continually and enrich the lives of those we serve. We’re looking for a 3D Animator to join our growing team! What You’ll Do: Create engaging 1-3 minute 3D animated videos for our educational music series targeted at children and diverse audiences. Use 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk 3ds Max) to model, rig, animate, and render characters and scenes that align with creative briefs and project requirements. Animate characters with realistic lip-sync, body movement, and facial expressions synced to audio. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality across episodes, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and production timelines. Stay current on 3D animation trends, tools, and techniques, and bring innovative ideas to the table. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in 3D character animation, including rigging, facial animation, and lip-sync. Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar. Familiarity with tools like Substance Painter, ZBrush, or Adobe After Effects for texturing, compositing, and finishing. A creative eye with attention to detail, storytelling, and character performance. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your 3D animation work. Watch our video to learn more: The Donovans Piano Room
