We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative 3D Design Expert to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both technical and artistic aspects of 3D design. This role demands expertise in industry-standard software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual experiences. The 3D Design Expert will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality assets for product development, marketing, virtual environments, and more.

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling: Create high-fidelity 3D models for products, environments, characters, or architectural visualizations as required by project specifications.

Rendering & Visualization: Produce photorealistic renders and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and virtual simulations.

Concept Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas, sketches, and requirements into tangible 3D concepts.

Texturing & Lighting: Apply advanced techniques in texturing, shading, and lighting to enhance realism and visual appeal.

Optimization: Ensure models and scenes are optimized for various outputs, including real-time engines, AR/VR experiences, and manufacturing workflows.

Quality Assurance: Review and refine 3D assets to maintain the highest quality standards and consistency across projects.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively with team members and clients.

Continual Learning: Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in 3D design and visualization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in 3D Design, Animation, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling and visualization.

Mastery of industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of geometry, topology, and texturing for both high- and low-poly modeling.

Proficiency in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, or similar.

Experience with AR/VR platforms or game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.

Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in product visualization, architectural rendering, or interactive media.

Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, MEL, etc.) for design automation.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $90,000 $120,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
