About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Partnerships to spearhead the management of our revenue lifecycle, from innovative pre-sale strategies to effective post-sale execution and renewals. This pivotal leadership role will focus on developing and fine-tuning our partner success strategies, delivering exceptional client service, and driving substantial revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Community, and Product to create impactful partnership proposals that align with both client KPIs and our company's media capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in digital media, especially within video platforms and sponsorship models, and demonstrate a proven history in media or fast-paced content-driven environments. Key responsibilities will include leading a dedicated team of Account Managers, managing Ad Operations, and nurturing relationships with key clients and agency partners.
We seek a proven leader with outstanding communication skills, strong analytical prowess, and a zeal for innovation in media, finance, and culture. You will be responsible for directly managing our ad ops vendor, ensuring the timely delivery of partnership agreements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and renewals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work alongside our CCO on planning, forecasting, and operational excellence while navigating complex partnerships to achieve revenue growth.
