Responsibilities

• Support a Senior HR Manager focused on building a strong, cohesive HR team and shaping a new chapter.
• Develop trust-based partnerships with plant leadership and employees at all levels.
• Foster clear, upbeat, and transparent communication to enable open dialogue.
• Lead with servant leadership principles—empathetic, visible, and approachable on the production floor.
• Strategically plan workforce needs and align talent strategies with operational goals.
• Coach and engage teams to build a positive, culturally aligned work environment.
• Apply HR Generalist expertise in employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent acquisition.
• Navigate organizational change with resilience and positivity.

Qualifications / Skills

• Strong foundation in HR Generalist functions: employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with leadership and operations teams.
• Experience implementing strategic workforce planning and culture development initiatives.

• Compensation: $95,000–$110,000 base salary + profit sharing
