Our client is a prestigious, internationally recognized company and a leading authority in the global classical music industry. With offices in Europe and the United States, they serve a dedicated community of world-renowned artists, collectors, and institutions.

Overview

They are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist (20-25 hours/week) to be the friendly, organized in-house face of HR for the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, relationship-building, and keeping a team running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and issuing offer letters.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records.
  • Liaise with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support a positive workplace culture by helping to organize team-building events and internal communications.
  • Assist in updating company policies, handbooks, and ensuring compliance with international regulations (US, UK, DE).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic understanding of US HR practices; familiarity with or interest in international HR is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
