We are keen to hire a HR Analyst; this role will be based in our London office.
Record is a leading specialist currency and asset manager with $107.9billion (as at 30 June 2025) in Assets Under Management Equivalent. Record’s services include currency management, sustainable finance, and asset management. Our clients are largely institutions, including pension funds, charities, foundations, endowments, and family offices.
Record’s offices are in London and Windsor in the UK, Zürich, New York, Hamburg and Frankfurt. We have over 80 staff in our London office. The relevant team are based in the London office.
Overview
Position: Human Resources Analyst
Department: Human Resources
Role: Full time (37.5 hours per week). Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays in the London office
Line Manager: HR Director
Key areas of responsibility and activities
- Provide vital administrative support in our HR system, People HR, to become a super user and manage all of our processes. PeopleHR related tasks which include:
- Responsible for writing and updating all HR related policies and procedures
- Respond in a timely manner to all reference and confirmation of employment requests
- Manage the 360-feedback process across the business
- Responsible for all pre-employment screening and visa related licenses and processes
- Administer all benefit schemes (see all schemes on offer below) including relationships with brokers and providers, processes for joiners, leavers, changes, renewals and total reward statements
- Lead the HR payroll process
- Conduct the new joiner induction process
- Annual salary benchmarking exercise.
Support
- Provide reception/office management support on a Thursday and Friday when the Office Manager is not working. This will include, answering the phone, meeting and greeting guests and making sure the office is a suitable working environment.
The Successful Candidate
- Ideally a graduate who has previously worked in an office environment.
- You will be proactive and quick at responding to questions from the business and updating our HR system. Keen to get involved with all aspects of HR processes and skilled at managing various deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication skill, written and verbal.
- Lastly a keen eye for detail and a client centric mindset.
