The Transformation Lead, Deep Sheri, will be responsible for driving strategic and operational improvements across the product lifecycle, ensuring that the software solution is built, delivered, packaged, and supported with excellence and scalability. The role spans product architecture, engineering practices, customer support, and solution delivery.

Architecture Advancement Define and implement a forward-looking technical architecture aligned with business strategy and scalability requirements. Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and reference models to drive consistency and maintainability. Assess and modernize legacy components to improve performance, resiliency, and security.

Supportability & Quality

Define measurable supportability and quality standards across the product lifecycle. Introduce tools, processes, and monitoring frameworks to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve issues. Partner with Customer Support and Operations to streamline escalation and incident management workflows. Implement quality engineering practices, including test automation, CI/CD, and release validation. Track and report on key metrics (e.g., uptime, mean time to recovery, defect density, customer support resolution rates).

Product Development Transformation

Introduce and enforce modern software development practices to improve speed, efficiency, and reliability. Lead initiatives to enhance cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, quality and support. Drive continuous improvement in software delivery pipelines, development methodologies, and governance.

Solution Offering & Customer Experience

Redefine how the solution is offered, ensuring clarity in product tiers, licensing, and consumption models. Align solution packaging with customer needs, market demands, and operational scalability.

Packaging & Delivery Transformation

Create standardized deployment patterns and documentation for customer ease of adoption. Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure packaging aligns with value propositions and differentiation.

Change Leadership & Governance

Serve as the champion of transformation across architecture, quality, and support. Establish governance structures to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. Lead organizational change management efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology and operational transformation.

Program Management, KPIs & Executive Reporting

Own the transformation initiative end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope and schedule.
