Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Customer Advocacy teams to deliver exceptional support.
Grow your skills working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in diverse environments.
Contribute knowledge articles and insights that help shape our products and services.
What We’re Looking For
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Must have experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS
Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts
Customer support experience and excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for learning and helping others succeed
Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD
Experience with tools like Nessus, SIEMs, virtualization, SQL, or scripting is a plus
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
Must already be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
