Salesforce Administrator
Our team is looking for a Salesforce Administrator that possesses a combination of Salesforce platform experience, business analyst insight, technical capabilities, and a solid understanding of core business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will ensure our Salesforce environment is optimized and efficient across the organization and translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining the integrity of the system. This role will work together with the Global Sales and Marketing Business Integration Department to deliver and optimize the use of Salesforce. This is an on-site role based out of the Chelmsford MA office. Responsibilities
Administration Function as one of the Global Salesforce Administrators with a focus on the Americas' region Liaison between Americas region and Global Salesforce Team in Sweden Headquarters Manage data quality and dataflow within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and various departments by leading the coordination of the evaluating, investigating, planning, and deploying new development requests from users to support sales growth Work cross functionally with system administrators to detect issues across sales systems and propose solutions. Communicate with management on effectiveness of system Understand region and global needs for Salesforce; document business cases, user stories, and technical recommendations Gather, review, and prioritize user needs for roadmaps and provide feedback to Global Team on roadmap strategies Test, validate, and provide feedback to Global Salesforce Developers, Architects, and Administrators on new features and enhancements Establish best practices for sales processes in Salesforce and oversee system governance for the Americas and Global Organizations Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and suggest changes to our implementation to drive sales efficiency Appreciation and understanding of current technology tools used throughout the organization including Service Cloud, Pardot, and other integrated, internal systems Investigate and evaluate third party add-ons for Salesforce: test functionality in live platform, manage user testing, and execute implementation Maintain accuracy of Americas Roles and Profiles within the Global Salesforce Org Align with Global and regional colleagues on communication for enhancements, future releases, and associated training Training / Reporting Create dynamic reports and dashboards for various levels of employees, departments, and management Align with Global Sales Operations and System Business Analysts for communication on enhancements, future releases, and associated training Support Americas' users in day-to-day operations, system bugs, and inquiries Essential Skills
Ability to estimate own work, address challenges, and find solutions without detailed guidance Strong ability to influence others to drive projects forward Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and excellent project management skills Strong attention to details, excellent planning, and organization skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with all levels of management Resourceful, strategic, and adaptive to change Effective multitasking skills Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator 3-5 years' experience in Salesforce platform Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Experience working with Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or Community applications within Salesforce Experience from other global enterprise companies Familiarity with governance models for workflow, such as ISO or SOX Valued but not required skills or experience
Additional Salesforce Certifications a plus Master's Degree in a related field Bi-lingual in Spanish Required Travel
Position could require quarterly trips to Sweden Travel up to 25% of the time Physical Demands
