In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing customer orders, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering exceptional service. Maintain organized and accurate records of orders, including purchase orders and confirmations. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing. Monitor orders for credits, cancellations, and revisions, ensuring timely updates. Follow established policies and procedures outlined in standard operating processes and documentation. Provide exceptional support to customers by fostering positive interactions and ensuring satisfaction. Assist in improving customer service workflows and identifying areas for optimization. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field. Familiarity with order processing systems and software, such as Oracle or CRM tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or retail environment is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
