• Follow established policies and procedures outlined in standard operating processes and documentation.
• Provide exceptional support to customers by fostering positive interactions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in improving customer service workflows and identifying areas for optimization.• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with order processing systems and software, such as Oracle or CRM tools.
