What You Will Do
Assist with employee briefings including new hire orientation, in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings, and security education.
Prepare and participate in semi-annual and yearly audits and inspections.
Assist with the implementation of local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and COMSEC requirements and guidelines.
Prepare and maintain inquiry reports on security infractions/violations and specifying preventive actions to be taken.
Prepare and submit suspicious contact and adverse information reports.
Update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.
Assist with document control duties, ensuring continuity with operations and compliance with proper shipping, receiving, and accountability of classified material.
Assist with visitor access control and personnel security.
Qualifications You Must Have
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
A college degree in related field with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience with National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Qualifications We Prefer
Working knowledge of 32 CFR 117, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM) and ISLs.
Working knowledge of DISS, submitting VALs, checking incoming visit requirements.
Experience with processing classified shipments and accountability of classified assets
Working knowledge of Access Commander Security database.
Knowledge of Resolver Incident Management tracking database.
Completion of commensurate General and Industrial Security Courses through the CDSE.

Additional Information Salary range: 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits may vary by business unit and whether covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Short-term and long-term incentive programs may apply depending on position level and agreement status.
