Our client is a law firm is a leading provider of legal services, specializing in complex litigation matters across various practice areas. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to client success, we are seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a Full-time Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to support our growing litigation practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, intellectual property cases, employment litigation, and regulatory investigations. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 2 to 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting Active bar membership in good standing in WASHINGTON Strong academic credentials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials Assist in case strategy development and implementation Manage discovery processes, including document review and production Participate in client meetings and communications Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends Contribute to business development efforts and firm marketing initiatives Mentor junior associates and summer associates as needed
