Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background who has transitioned into leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mulesoft or Salesforce platforms and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Domain knowledge in the Timeshare/Vacation industry is highly preferred. What You Will Do At Sogeti: Lead end-to-end project execution across technical, product, and business domains using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Oversee planning, tracking, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, including milestone-level cost estimation and tracking. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage sprint capacity, execution, and risk mitigation. Drive technical delivery in Mulesoft (ESB suite, Kafka integration) and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer 360). Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery goals. Maintain project documentation, including scope, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and change requests. Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and adherence to PMO standards and delivery methodologies. Support requirement definition in collaboration with product and business analysts. What You Will Bring: 7-15+ years of project management experience, ideally in technical environments. Strong background in software engineering or systems integration. Experience in the Timeshare/Vacation domain is highly desirable. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Product Discovery. PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal structure. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
