Join Sogeti as a Project Manager where you'll lead cross-functional initiatives across technical, product, business, and corporate domains. You'll drive delivery excellence using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, bringing clarity and momentum to complex projects in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. What You Will Do At Sogeti: Lead full project lifecycle management across technical, product, business, and corporate domains using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Plan and track tasks and deliverables using Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Product Discovery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear, structured communication with stakeholders. Define and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks. Serve as the primary liaison across engineering, product, business, and vendor teams. Maintain documentation and monthly reporting for leadership, including KPIs and delivery risks. Continuously optimize delivery execution and team effectiveness in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. What You Will Bring: 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in insurance, consulting, or insuretech. Proven success managing initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Strong proficiency with Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Product Discovery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. CSM and/or PMP certification is a strong plus. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
