Industrial Engineering Manager
to drive process improvement, facility optimization, and throughput across both custom and standardized product lines. This leadership role blends Lean Six Sigma strategy with boots-on-the-ground execution and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. Key Focus Areas Lean & Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve throughput, labor efficiency, and flow Conduct value stream mapping and RCCA investigations Implement visual management systems and Gemba walk culture
Manufacturing Optimization Increase productivity across both high-mix/low-flow (custom) and low-mix/high-flow (standardized) lines Reduce labor hours and drive data-informed workflow improvements
Facility Layout & Capacity Planning Redesign plant layout to support production scalability Collaborate on infrastructure-related capital investment projects Ensure optimal use of space, safety, and workflow
Facilities & Maintenance Oversight Lead plant maintenance and preventive maintenance initiatives Oversee EHS compliance, utilities, and infrastructure upgrades
Cross-functional Leadership Partner with senior leadership to align production strategy with growth plans Champion operational excellence across departments
What You Bring Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or related field Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
certified 5+ years in high-mix manufacturing environments Proven experience in layout design, facility management, and continuous improvement Strong command of RCCA, Gemba, and visual management Comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front
