Generate and grow sales within your assigned territory and group of existing accounts Work with leadership to identify target customers or industries to develop and win metal powder opportunities Be a results-oriented self-starter that can operate effectively in a hybrid work environment out of the Indianapolis office or a remote office Achieve established sales targets by seeking out new business opportunities and maintaining productive working relationships with existing customers through frequent contact Utilize your technical skills and experience to consult with customers and make assessments which demonstrate the value of the product Develop knowledge and collect data on the account's business, products, processes, customers and growth opportunities to better understand market and specific customer needs Maintain solid communication between a cross-functional team to ensure account strategies and projects are aligned with the correct resources and market objectives Display diligent use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage the territory and communicate results for key sales metrics such as revenue growth, customer activity, opportunity pipeline management and pricing Always represent Linde in a professional and dignified manner What Makes You Great

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field of study is required with 4 years or more working experience Experience with materials and/or in the thermal spray industry or within the Aerospace industry is preferred 3+ years of direct sales or commercial related experience is preferred Proven track record of successfully growing partnerships with customers and/or client accounts Strong decision-making and business judgement skills Self-directed and can organize and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives Strong communication and relationship building skills Required to travel at least 40% Why You Will Love Working With Us
