BODYBAR Pilates is a rapidly growing boutique Pilates franchise delivering high-energy, community-focused reformer Pilates experiences. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Content Specialist to support the execution of BODYBAR's brand content strategy across digital and in-studio platforms. This role will focus on implementing national brand campaigns, coordinating content deployment, supporting franchisees, and ensuring consistent brand representation system-wide. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating brand vision into engaging content, with hands-on expertise in social platforms, digital tools, and storytelling. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Platform & Brand Management Maintain BODYBAR's organic presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Execute the national content calendar in alignment with brand priorities, campaigns, and promotions. Balance daily posting and engagement with long-term campaign execution. Track engagement, growth, and performance across brand and studio pages; compile monthly reports for the Marketing Manager and VP. Audit studio social pages for brand consistency and provide training and support as needed. Identify and nurture influencer and local partnership opportunities to expand brand reach. Engage with BODYBAR's online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner. Monitor platform trends and recommend strategies to keep content fresh and effective. Provide timely support during urgent or crisis-related communications. Franchisee Support Lead social media onboarding for new studios, including page setup, Meta access, and branded templates. Distribute monthly social calendars with customizable assets and scheduling guidance. Maintain an organized, accessible library of content assets and templates. Curate user-generated content to ensure alignment with brand standards. Troubleshoot Meta access or ad account issues and serve as a resource for internal teams and franchisees. Provide training materials and reinforce brand content guidelines across the franchise system. Content Creation & Storytelling Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly photo/video shoots aligned with campaigns and studio needs. Curate and repurpose testimonials, influencer collaborations, national endorsements, and UGC. Support the creation of platform-specific content that highlights member stories, instructors, and community moments. Produce engaging visuals and copy that reflect BODYBAR's tone, values, and voice. Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and creative team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and seasonal initiatives. Contribute to evolving BODYBAR's visual and narrative identity across digital platforms. Translate brand messaging into content strategies that resonate with current and prospective clients. Share insights and trend updates to inform broader content planning. Innovation & Collaboration Research emerging platforms and trends to support content innovation. Collaborate with PR and paid media partners to align messaging and amplify reach. Support franchise development marketing with compelling content targeting prospective franchisees. Prepare monthly reports summarizing content performance, key insights, and improvement opportunities. Recommend strategies to optimize content effectiveness and social media impact. Additional Responsibilities Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 24 years of experience in content creation and social media management (experience working with franchise or multi-location brands strongly preferred). Proficient with the business use of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Asana or Monday.com and social media scheduling platforms. Excellent writing skills, a sharp eye for brand aesthetics and a passion for brand storytelling. Familiarity with UGC, influencer collaboration, and community engagement strategies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-functional collaboration. Basic knowledge of performance analytics and ability to translate metrics into content insights. Experience working directly with franchisees or local operators. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content formats. Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and brand alignment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and willingness to support franchisees and internal teams with content-related needs. Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across various formats and platforms. Passion for health, fitness, and boutique wellness brands; familiarity with Pilates is a plus. Work Environment Hybrid work structure, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week at BODYBAR headquarters in Fort Worth.
