Were looking for a driven and creative Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support our team across media buying, digital marketing, and social media coordination. Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Marketing Support
Assist with planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) Monitor performance and budgets, providing weekly insights and reports Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and target audiences Organize campaign assets, schedules, and performance documentation Help manage email marketing, influencer outreach, and other digital initiatives Social Media Management
Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag any key activity Assist in content creation, including brainstorming, writing captions, and working with the design team Track social media metrics and help compile monthly performance reports Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas to grow reach and engagement Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing) Interest in media buying, digital marketing, and social media trends Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Ads Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting Strong written communication and organization skills Creative eye for social content and willingness to learn quickly Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools Previous experience managing a personal or business social account Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications What We Offer
