Local to Texas Candidates Only (#Texas #Austin) &##128640; We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect (Hybrid – Austin, TX) We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect to lead enterprise-level initiatives in digital transformation and business process reengineering (BPR) . This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) based in Austin, TX. What You’ll Do: Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes. Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – analyze, redesign, and optimize complex business processes. Develop and maintain business architecture models (BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate). Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring strategic alignment. Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. What We’re Looking For: ~12+ years in Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst roles at the enterprise level. ~ Proven experience leading digital transformation and process improvement projects. ~ Hands-on expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) framework. ~ Strong business modeling skills – BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate. ~ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred). ~ Experience in healthcare or public sector projects is highly valued. ~ Professional certifications (CBAP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) are a plus.
