This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about business development, prospecting, and lead generation. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, creating, and developing new business opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Responsibilities: Actively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients. Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of potential business deals. Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy. Facilitate and coordinate the negotiation and closing of new business deals. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry professionals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful execution of business deals. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential impact on business performance. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, prospecting, and lead generation, in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities. Strong understanding of Small Business Administration (SBA) products and lending processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and business data to inform strategic decision making. Proficient in using CRM software and other business-related software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
