Position Overview

We are seeking a

Warehouse Associate I

to support a short-term special project. This role involves a variety of warehouse-related functions including order fulfillment, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, store, and verify goods against documentation, report discrepancies and damages. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency. Stock and rotate merchandise to maintain organized inventory. Process returns, perform data entry, and return items to proper locations. Conduct cycle counts and support inventory procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area to prevent injuries and ensure product quality. Operate within an automated, MAWM-enabled warehouse management system (training provided if needed). Follow all safety policies, procedures, and DEA regulations. Participate in overtime and physical inventory as required. Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience (order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping). Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work in a physically active environment. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand English product descriptions, labels, and instructions. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependable with consistent attendance.
