Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that involves providing exceptional support to clients through phone and in-person interactions, as well as assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail to this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls daily, by providing accurate and detailed information on policies and procedures.
• Enter data accurately into monthly audit reports for account management.
• Handle occasional administrative projects that extend beyond daily call management.
• Attend and actively participate in monthly team meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
• Assist walk-in clients with purchases and cashiering services.
• Process minimal sign-ups for realtor assistants with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor during all client interactions, whether over the phone or in person.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining focus and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and a patient approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic cashiering tasks.
• Familiarity with tools such as CRM software, Epic Software, and Avaya CMS is preferred.
• Capability to adapt to various computer programs and systems with ease.
• Experience in handling billing and benefit functions is a plus.
