Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless handling of customer requests and issues.
• Participate in community events and initiatives to foster positive relationships with customers.
• Track and document customer interactions in the system for reference and quality assurance.
• Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times.
• Assist with special projects or tasks related to customer service as assigned.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in order entry systems and handling customer transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with community engagement or event participation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Comfortable working in a contract position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
