Akkodis is seeking a Varicent QA Lead for a contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ / Raleigh, NC / Dallas, TX(Remote). Responsibilities include executing functional and regression tests, validating compensation plans and data integrations, and collaborating with developers to ensure system reliability. Rate Range: $53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Varicent QA Lead job responsibilities include: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Varicent ICM to ensure system reliability and accuracy.Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, and perform regression testing on resolved issues.Conduct various testing methods including functional, regression, integration, and API testing.Validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations to ensure correct incentive structures.Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support release planning and issue resolution.Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and QA processes to support transparency and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.8-10 years of QA experience, with at least 3-5 years focused on Varicent ICM testing.Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing of Varicent ICM, including compensation plan validation.Proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA and collaboration within Agile teams for release planning and issue resolution.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
