Job Title: HVAC Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30 OT as needed Duration: 4+ Months Location: Framingham, MA Payrate - $40/hr - $42/hr on W2

Note:

Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30 OT as needed Minimum High School Diploma Must have reliable transportation Must have skills: • Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, gauges • Experience with various piping materials: copper, PVC, PEX, steel • Familiarity with: o Water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems o Steam and hot water system repairs/ Chilled water systems and HVAC piping o Drainage and waste piping (including clogs and leak troubleshooting) o Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems o Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. o Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. o Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. o Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. o Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Preferred/ Nice to Have Skills: o Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. o Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.

Description: Maintenance Pipefitter Role Minimum Qualifications & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1-2 years of commercial pipefitting or plumbing experience

Required Skills and Experience: • Proficient with hand and power tools: pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, gauges • Experience with various piping materials: copper, PVC, PEX, steel • Familiarity with: o Water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems o Steam and hot water system repairs o Chilled water systems and HVAC piping o Drainage and waste piping (including clogs and leak troubleshooting) o Performing preventative maintenance on mechanical systems Soft Skills & Responsibilities: • Deliver professional and responsive customer service with a focus on quality and safety • Operate, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems and equipment • Support startup and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades • Document all work in compliance with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and company policies • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to off-hours maintenance emergencies • Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs • Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn

Optional Additional Enhancements (if applicable): • OSHA 10/30 certification a plus • Basic welding/soldering experience • Familiarity with backflow prevention systems or fire suppression piping
