Account Manager - Central Valley (Bakersfield, CA)Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking an Account Manager in Bakersfield, CA to build and maintain relationships with agricultural, industrial, and commercial clients throughout the Central Valley, driving service growth in diverse markets. Impact Statement•Support Central Valley agriculture and industry through comprehensive building services •Build partnerships with agricultural processors, industrial facilities, and commercial properties •Drive economic growth through reliable building system solutions and energy efficiency •Develop market presence in one of California's most important agricultural regions •Shape customer success through tailored service solutions and responsive support Responsibilities•Build relationships with agricultural, industrial, and commercial clients throughout Central Valley •Present building service solutions for food processing, agricultural, and manufacturing facilities •Develop service contracts and maintenance agreements for diverse facility types •Coordinate with technical teams to address unique agricultural and industrial requirements •Support existing clients with facility expansion and efficiency improvement opportunities •Attend agricultural industry events and Central Valley business networking functions •Prepare proposals for complex facility service agreements and energy projects •Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate service delivery improvements •Collaborate with operations teams to ensure quality service for agricultural clients •Travel extensively throughout Central Valley region (~40% travel) RequirementsMust-Haves•3+ years of account management experience, preferably in agricultural or industrial markets •Understanding of agricultural facilities and food processing operations •Strong relationship-building skills and agricultural industry knowledge •Ability to work with diverse client base from family farms to large corporations •Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively in rural areas •Professional communication skills and customer service orientation Nice-to-Haves•Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field •Experience with food processing or agricultural facility operations •Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and agricultural incentives •Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for diverse agricultural community
