About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for the Office of the Chief Product and Innovation Officer. This role is pivotal in providing day-to-day program and operational support, advancing strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across product, technology, and business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the COO and senior team to execute strategic and operational priorities, tracking and coordinating the product pipeline, and driving alignment across various teams. Additionally, the role involves coordinating business operations, identifying and resolving operational challenges, and contributing to internal communications and stakeholder engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years' experience in business management, strategy, product operations, or COO-type roles, preferably within financial services or adjacent sectors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams. Exposure to capital markets, product development, or digital innovation trends is preferred. The role requires experience in supporting senior leaders, working in fast-paced environments, and a strong problem-solving ability. An MBA or similar advanced degree is also preferred. The candidate should be adept at fostering a collaborative, innovative, and delivery-focused team environment, and be prepared to support high-priority strategic projects aligned with innovation and growth goals.
