• Manage inbound calls and provide thorough and timely responses to inquiries.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining an organized and efficient front desk presence.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support ongoing projects.
• Assist with general office tasks and contribute to the overall functionality of the workspace.• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe software for creating and editing newsletters.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to compile and manage binders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for handling calls and correspondence.
• Competency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team objectives.
