The Company is seeking a visionary Vice President of Human Resources to play a key role in the growth and success of its workforce. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. This pivotal position requires the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's vision, values, and growth objectives, as well as the oversight of large-scale recruitment efforts, particularly for field service, sales, and management roles. The VP of HR will also be responsible for managing HR operations, enhancing HR systems, and leading initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked within the service industry. Expertise in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and a strong knowledge of HRIS systems is essential. The role demands a proven ability to lead through organizational growth and change, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in designing and implementing leadership development and training programs. A SPHR certification or equivalent is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, mentoring and developing HR teams, and fostering a high-performing, results-oriented department.
